چکیده
The reverse engineering process for VLSI chips is a complex operation that can cost from $10,000 for the simplest chips to hundreds of thousands of dollars for complex chips. In this study, we present an overview of the process of reverse engineering VLSI chips. The study outlines the steps involved in the process of reverse engineering chips as well as the different techniques used to extract the functionality of these chips. Furthermore, the paper presents two case studies for reverse engineering VLSI chips. INTRODUCTION

متن کاملEffect of Chicken Egg Yolk Antibodies (IgY) against Diarrhea in Domesticated Animals: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
BACKGROUND IgY antibodies are serum immunoglobulin in birds, reptiles and amphibians, and are transferred from serum to egg yolk to confer passive immunity to their embryos and offspring. Currently, the oral passive immunization using chicken IgY has been focused as an alternative to antibiotics for the treatment and control of diarrhea in animals and humans. This systematic review was focused ...
متن کاملOn the effect of mean flow profile, wavelength and array length on focal-resolution of a quadrupole source using aeroacoustic time-reversal
This paper analyses the effect of the mean flow field, source wavelength and array length on the focal-resolution characteristics of an idealised lateral quadrupole source obtained using aeroacoustic Time-Reversal (TR). The TR simulations were implemented by numerically solving the 2-D Linearised Euler Equations (LEE) and enforcing the time-reversed acoustic pressure (stored during forward simu...
متن کاملCompact Upwind Biased Dispersion Relation Preserving Finite Difference Schemes
A class of higher-order compact upwind biased finite difference (FD) schemes based on the Taylor Series Expansion is developed in this work. The numerical accuracy of this family of compact upwind biased FD schemes is demonstrated by means of Fourier analysis wherein it is shown that these FD schemes have very low dispersion errors over a relatively large bandwidth of wave numbers as compared t...
متن کاملAeroacoustic time-reversal in the presence of a reflecting surface
The influence of a rigid-wall reflecting surface on aeroacoustic Time-Reversal (TR) is investigated in this work. To this end, a forward simulation of a Gaussian pulse propagation in 2-D computational domain with a uniform mean flow was implemented by numerically solving the Linearised Euler Equations subject to a rigid-wall condition (by setting the normal velocity to zero) at the bottom bound...
